I got into cutting hair because I was unhappy with the way people were cutting MY hair.  No one seemed to truly understand the proper shape, and I was never satisfied, so I started to cut my own hair.  That led to people noticing my head more, so I started to cut more and more people while I was in high school.  I decided to get my license and make a career out of it.  I became very successful in this line of work, and I developed a serious passion for the industry.  Something about instilling people with the confidence that they need in themselves was very fulfilling to me. This led me to open Art of the Gentleman Men's Grooming Lounge.  

There’s just one problem... I NEVER found products that I was truly happy with.  Not for me and not for my clients.  I used to get so upset after I would finish doing an awesome haircut, only to style it with a mediocre product.  I never found the right consistency’s.  All the “wet” looking products were either way too shiny, way too greasy, way too crunchy, or way too wet!  And all of the “dry” natural looking products were either too sticky, too thick, not strong enough, or too unnatural looking! Finally, I decided to take matters into my own hands.  Not only for myself, but for every other Gentleman out there as well.  So after months of researching and experimenting different consistencies, I came out with “The Wet Stuff” and “The Dry Stuff”.  It doesn’t get much easier than that.  They are both all natural, and chock full of nutrients to give your head all of the vital things needed for a healthy head of hair. And the texture that each product delivers to the hair is unmatched.
